Through our conversations with Facebook sellers, Instagram boutiques, WhatsApp merchants, and local shop owners, we noticed a clear gap. Most of them rely on chat-based selling without any structured system to manage products, orders, or payments. Existing ecommerce solutions often feel too complex, heavy, and not designed for mobile-first users.
